Ho richiesto un trasferimento del conto corrente in questa filiale in data 12 febbraio; oggi mi ci sono recato per produrre un assegno circolare, e mi è stato riferito da una delle dipendenti - in modo peraltro piuttosto sgarbato - che la relativa pratica non era stata affatto conclusa, e questa, anzi, ha addirittura messo in dubbio che io avessi presentato tale richiesta.
Mi è stato dunque richiesto, sempre con atteggiamento seccato, di recarmi nella precedente filiale, a Occhiobello, per il sopracitato assegno. Qui, al contrario, i dipendenti (davvero gentilissimi) hanno sostenuto che sarebbe bastato un semplice nulla osta da parte del direttore di Ferrara, evitandomi così diversi chilometri in automobile.
L'errore compiuto, pertanto, è piuttosto grave, anche se fortunatamente è emerso ora e non successivamente per pratiche di importanza maggiore.

I requested a transfer of the current account at this branch on 12 February; Today I went to me to produce a bank draft, and I was told by one of the employees - so also quite rude - that the dossier had not been far from over, and this, indeed, has even questioned whether I had submitted such request.
I was therefore required and with annoyed attitude of going in the previous subsidiary, in Occhiobello, for the aforementioned check. Here, on the contrary, the employees (really very kind) claimed that a simple authorization from the director of Ferrara would have been enough, thus avoiding me several kilometers by car.
The mistake made, therefore, is rather serious, though fortunately emerged now and not later to the most important practices.

Mi chiedo, perchè Silvia per il suo bene e il nostro non cambia lavoro?
If you want to find rudeness, incompetence, arrogance, little desire to work, rudeness, go without hesitation to Unicredit in via Comacchio di Ferrara. The employee Silvia contains all these "qualities" in one person. If you are in a good mood and feel guilty for this state of serenity and you want to get angry, feel offended, mistreated, the unicredit of via Comacchio is for you, Silvia is for you. I wonder, why doesn't Silvia change jobs for her sake and ours?
