Chiamato per un problema relativo a una commissione eccessiva a mio avviso fuori area euro, terminata la telefonata con la dichiarazione di chiusura conto, visto l educazione e la cordialità nel rispondere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling several times for several days to make an appointment to open an account and deposit international checks, I was never called back. So I decided to show up personally, but for lack of competence they didn't know how to deposit international checks. Therefore, I was told that they were going to give me a call once they would figure out how and what to do with my checks. I guess, after 1 month, they are still trying to figure it out because I haven't received any call back or appointment. I went to UniCredit Banca, they accepted me right away, open an account, deposit the checks, received my money, happy with their service.
Anything else? Oh yeah, this happened a week after the opening from the COVID, I thought to find a clean place, but the day I showed up and I was sat to speak to a representative, the boot had many spider webs. I guess this place really lacks of competence and hygiene. It could have been a potential contagious place.
