Nessuno era a conoscenza del mio appuntamento, sono stato dirottato in cassa per fare una nuova carta prepagata. Conclusione: l'operazione alla cassa, dopo mezzora di attesa, non è stata completata per un problema del computer, dietro di me si è creata una coda di persone furibonde con me per l'attesa: un disastro insomma!!
