Il personale a partire dal direttore Dr. Di Niso è molto preparato e disponibile ottemperando al massimo alle esigenze dei clienti. Un plauso particolare alla referente mutui Dr.ssa Sodano , persona eccezionale dal punto di vista umano ed estremamente professionale anche al di fuori dell'orario di lavoro con risposte tempestive via mail. Ho avuto il piacere di fare una surroga con lei mi ha seguito tutta la pratica in modo impeccabile facendomi ottenere un eccellente prodotto e aggiornandomi sempre su tutte le tappe.

The staff, starting from the director, Dr. Di Niso, is very well prepared and available, meeting customers' needs as much as possible. A special applause to the mortgage referent Dr.ssa Sodano, an exceptional person from a human point of view and extremely professional even outside working hours with timely responses via email. I had the pleasure of doing a substitute with her, she followed all the practice in an impeccable way making me get an excellent product and always updating myself on all stages.

They never answer the phone, let alone e-mails ... Relationship with the customer who cannot go to the branch = zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 6.10.2020 il bancomat senza motivo ha ritirato la mia carta . Dopo essere stato circa 20 Min fuori cercando di entrare senza nessun esito, ho provato a telefonare senza nessuna risposta cqe la chiamata termina dopo sei o sette squiilli.praticamente un bunker senza nessun canale di colloquio. Solo dopo un po' si è degnato di uscire un impiegato.che senza darmi nessuna spiegazione dell 'accaduto si limitava a dire che la carta sarebbe stato spedito alla mia banca. Servizio pessimo
Today 6.10.2020 the ATM withdrew my card for no reason. After being outside for about 20 minutes trying to enter without any result, I tried to call without any response and the call ends after six or seven rings. Practically a bunker with no conversation channels. Only after a while did an employee deign to leave. Without giving me any explanation of what happened, he merely said that the card would be sent to my bank. Bad service

Forse perché ricevendo SOLO di mattina,per evitare assembramenti, il pomeriggio nn ci sono. Sapete che se l'agenzia di via Cavour apre anche di pomeriggio come dovrebbe essere si evita assembramento durante la mattina e che nell'attesa i vostri clienti si trovano in mezzo alla strada?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca da cancellare dall'elenco Banche. Non rispondono mai al telefono nonostante le continue chiamate. Ho mandato anche una email al direttore non si e' degnato nemmeno di rispondere .gli impiegati escono durante il servizio x uncaffe' e stanno fuori le mezze ore intere x poi rientrare con le borse della spesa nonostante noi stiamo fuori ad aspettare. Ma fate una bella ripulita e mandate a casa chi non ha voglia di lavorare ma non con la pensione però ma da disoccupati cosi' poi si renderanno conto dells fortuna che avevano , altrimenti e' tutto inutile.
Bank to be deleted from the Banks list. They never answer the phone despite constant calls. I also sent an email to the manager and he didn't even deign to answer. The employees go out during the service for uncaffe 'and stay out the whole half hours x then come back with the shopping bags even though we are outside waiting. But do a good clean up and send home those who do not want to work but not with retirement but as unemployed so then they will realize the luck they had, otherwise it's all useless.
