★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essere correntisti qui è una delle seclte peggiori che potessi mai fare. Il personale cambia di continuo, e per questo non è fidalizzato né con la filiale né con i suoi clienti, completamente assente sotto ogni punto di vista. Sarebbe bello poter ricevere una risposta almeno qui.
 Being an account holder here is one of the worst seclte I could ever do. The staff changes constantly, and for this reason it is not loyal either with the branch or with its customers, completely absent from every point of view. It would be nice to get an answer here at least.

Si è verificato un problema con un'operazione, mi è stato spiegato ma non ha saputo darmi soluzioni e, senza dire nulla, ha pensato bene di alzarsi e mettersi a fare altro, lasciandomi incredulo allo sportello mentre altre persone aspettavano dietro. Dopo 5 minuti sono andato via. Mi sono rivolto alla filiale di Genzano dove con estrema cortesia e in 2 minuti di orologio mi hanno risolto il problema. Non è la prima volta che accadono di queste problematiche in questa filiale e sempre con lo stesso funzionario. Peccato.
Very rude officer! There was a problem with an operation, it was explained to me but it didn't know how to give me solutions and, without saying anything, he thought to get up and do something else, leaving me incredulous at the counter while other people were waiting behind. After 5 minutes I left. I turned to the branch of Genzano where with extreme courtesy and in 2 minutes of clock they solved the problem for me. It is not the first time that these problems occur in this branch and always with the same official. Sin.

anche per me è un vero problema ! da troppo tempo ormai ci sono continui cambi di personale direttore compreso! pochi i consigli che si sono rivelati a favore del cliente.
