Solo dalle 12:50 si affrettano nelle accettazioni/operazioni perché a loro interessa chiudere. Risultato: 45 minuti per ritirare una carta di credito, che francamente sarebbe stato più logico, in epoca di pandemia, spedire. Ah, già, ma in quel caso avrebbero dovuto apporre un francobollo... Mi dicono di aspettare. Dopo circa trenta minuti di attesa, il consulente non è in grado di consigliare nulla se non di aprire un conto corrente ordinario e in merito alle mie richieste di informazioni su conto corrente per minori mi dice di andare a vedere sul sito istituzionale. Mi chiedo a che serve dare ad un cliente un appuntamento a distanza di una settimana per poi dirgli di andare a cercare le informazioni su internet? Come altre banche spinge sulla clientela affinchè questa adoperi l'internet banking invece dello sportello. Con il dovuto rispetto, il rischio di hackeraggio/perdita dei dispositivi informatici è reale e non mi piace affatto l'idea di spalancare la porta del mio CC a chicchessia anche solo inavvertitamente...
