In data odierna, 25 gennaio, con un grosso acconto lasciato, mi trovo costretto a chiamare ed interpellare diverse persone per capire dove è finito il mio ordine (consegna prevista dopo un mese dall'acquisto). Dopo vari solleciti ma soprattutto dopo tre mesi, il letto verrà consegnato in fine settimana, con orario e giorno stabilito. Zero professionalità, metto una stella a discapito della ottima qualità dei prodotti. At the beginning of November I ordered a single bed and a half in the center of Brindisi. Today, January 25, with a large deposit left, I find myself forced to call and consult several people to find out where my order has ended (delivery scheduled after one month of purchase). After several reminders but above all after three months, the bed will be delivered on weekends, with a set time and day. Zero professionalism, I put a star at the expense of the excellent quality of the products.

Il prodotto ci è stato illustrato fin nei minimi dettagli, con molta pazienza e professionalità dalla Sig.ra Chiara, ed è risultato ampiamente conforme alle nostre esigenze. Redigo adesso una recensione dopo due anni di utilizzo per testimoniare la bontà del prodotto (ancora praticamente nuovo !) dopo un periodo sicuramente probante. Consiglio vivamente gli eccellenti prodotti Unibed ed il bellissimo negozio di Brindisi per la cortesia e la competenza del personale.
