★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto a mio marito di portare a toelettare la mia lagottina in quanto conosco e stimo la proprietaria. Premesso che il cane ha 5 anni e l ho fatta toelettare molte volte,avevamo chiesto di non tosarla troppo corta , ma me l hanno ridotta che non sembra un lagotto romagnolo, non si capisce che cane sia, da piangere.....il ragazzo che l ha tosata ha detto che aveva troppi nodi...li ha sempre avuti. Ho provato solo per conoscenza della proprietaria, ma non mi era mai capitato!!! Prima ed ultima volta, ci vorranno mesi che.diventi riconoscibile !!
I asked my husband to bring my lagottina to groom as I know and respect the owner. Given that the dog is 5 years old and I had it groomed many times, we asked not to shear it too short, but they reduced it to me that it doesn't look like a Romagna lake, you don't understand which dog it is, to cry ..... the boy who sheared her said she had too many knots ... she always had them. I tried only for the knowledge of the owner, but it had never happened to me !!! First and last time, it will take months that become recognizable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho 2 barboncine, le ho portate per per la solita cura. Mi è stato detto di riprenderle 4 ore dopo. Le ho trovate disperate, legate al collo da una catena corta, piangevano, il pelo completamente tosato senza grazia e senza essere spazzolate. Puzzavano ed erano molto sporche con addosso 2 zecche l'una, e una piccolissima l'altra. Le ho strofinate con una salvietta umida che è diventata marrone per la sporcizia. Questo soggetto ha saputo solo rispondermi "non saprei che dire" Ho pagato 80.00 euro per niente. Le piccole sono ancora traumatizzate. Ho appreso che la signora Barbara è andata altrove a lavorare.
I have 2 poodles, I brought them for the usual care. I was told to take them back 4 hours later. I found them desperate, tied to the neck by a short chain, they were crying, the hair completely shorn without grace and without being brushed. They stank and were very dirty with 2 ticks on each, and a very small one the other. I wiped them with a wet wipe that turned brown from dirt. This subject was only able to answer me "I don't know what to say" I paid 80.00 euros for nothing. The small ones are still traumatized. I learned that Mrs. Barbara has gone elsewhere to work.
