Tralasciando la poca simpatia all'accoglienza, che può essere dettata da una giornata storta e sorvoliamo, causa problemi con la nave la compagnia cancella la nostra tratta, pertanto ci comunica di richiedere rimborso in agenzia che sarebbe arrivato in tre o quattro giorni. Prima di tutto l agenzia non si degna di contattarci nemmeno per trovare l alternativa (non è la compagnia direttamente a dover gestire gli imprevisti.. L agenzia è l intermediario apposito). Dopo una settimana ci rechiamo a chiedere e in modo scortese ci viene detto che ci avrebbero chiamato loro quabdo disponibile. Dopo un mese e mezzo ripassiamo a chiedere, ci viene detto che era arrivato il rimborso ma che non avevano ancora avuto tempo di contattarci, l addetta si mette a cercare nei cassetti dicendo di non trovarli, aprendo delle buste bianche senza scritto nulla. Spazientiti chiediamo ci dia i soldi, e di tenersi poi la busta nostra quando l avrebbe ritrovata. Professionalità zero.
