★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ultrasmall and cozy restaurant near the Piero's masterpiece bases its own culture totally in search of the highest quality ingredients available in the local market. They allow only organic and zero-miles products.
Even if they're specialized in the real traditional meat-based Tuscany diet, they were able to arrange a special vegetarian version of their best plates for us.
