G	Giuseppe Alabrese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metti una buona parte della giornata a Orsara di Puglia Piccolo Borgo nel Tavoliere.. prendi appuntamento con il signor Antonio un vecchio professore che ti spiega con passione la storia della Basilica di San Michele che ho recensito un attimo fa.. ma la mezza giornata diventa perfetta quando a pranzo vai qui.. a dispetto del nome è un posto stupendo o che magari lo è diventato. Splendido per garbatezza nei modi e soprattutto per la qualità di prodotti che sono cucinati sul momento anche presentati come si deve.. oltre alle varie leccornie pasti abbondanti antipasti a non finire ci hanno fatto assaggiare il mosto fatto da loro, vedere i loro animali da fattoria e passare una splendida oretta. Splendid for the politeness in the manners and above all for the quality of the products that are cooked on the spot also presented as it should .. in addition to the various delicacies abundant meals appetizers to no end they made us taste the must made by them, see their farm animals and spend a splendid hour.

Cercavamo un alloggio per 10 GG per 4 persone più un cane e la signora ci ha assicurato che non c'erano problemi ed avrebbe aggiunto semplicemente un lettino. Dopo 600 km di viaggio ci ritroviamo ad entrare in una stanza in soffitta, calda, accessibile attraverso una scala a chiocciola strettissima, dove non era possibile nemmeno fare lo slalom tra i letti! Pulizia pessima, aria condizionata inesistente (era scritto che c'era) impossibile dormire con tutti i galli e le papere, che cantavano tutta la notte. Abbiamo pranzato nel suo ristorante appena arrivati, con un menù fisso a sorpresa (antipasto e primo, con due bicchieri di vino), dopo aver chiesto il conto ci viene detto che erano 20€; Il giorno dopo siamo andati a saldare sia la notte trascorsa che il pranzo e magicamente il conto del pranzo diventano 80€... Da aggiungere che negli spazi esterni dove sono presenti dei divani fatti con pancali, erano rotti, con chiodi arrugginiti in bella vista, dove mio marito si è rotto anche i pantaloni. Tutto da rivedere. Bad experience. We were looking for accommodation for 10 days for 4 people plus a dog and the lady assured us that there were no problems and would simply add a cot. After 600 km of travel we find ourselves entering a room in the attic, warm, accessible through a very narrow spiral staircase, where it was not even possible to slalom between the beds! Bad cleanliness, non-existent air conditioning (it was written that there was) impossible to sleep with all the roosters and ducks, crowing all night. We had lunch in his restaurant as soon as we arrived, with a surprise fixed menu (starter and first course, with two glasses of wine), after asking for the bill we were told that it was 20 €; The day after we went to settle both the night spent and lunch and magically the lunch bill becomes € 80 ... To add that in the outdoor spaces where there are sofas made with pallets, they were broken, with rusty nails in plain sight , where my husband also broke his pants. All to be reviewed.

La camera pulita confortevole e curata nei particolari. I proprietari gentilissimi in particolare Francesco, consigli utili sui posti da visitare. Colazione e pranzo con piatti tipici del posto. Abbiamo mangiato cibo squisito, preparato al momento. Tutto fresco e gustoso. Porzioni più che abbondanti. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Sicuramente se capiteremo ancora ad Orsara di Puglia ci ritornetemo. We found this place by chance, immersed in the countryside, but not far from the town. We were greeted by a very kind waiter. We ate exquisite food, freshly prepared. All fresh and tasty. More than generous portions. Excellent price quality. Surely if we happen again in Orsara di Puglia we will return.

Parmigiana was the best, artichokes absolutely amazing, and so many other dishes that I don't even know the names but I remained with the wonderful taste. Is such an authentic place to eat. I recommend ?, it was very tasty. Coffee was delicious as well. I want to go again now. Thank you
