★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA Gestione. Ho comprato un pacchetto di 3 massaggi con Groupon, dopo il primo massaggio sono passati 5 mesi e non mi hanno ancora trovato disponibilità per fare i rimanenti, inventando mille scuse.
ZERO professionalità, se non siete capaci di gestire i clienti che vi pagano in anticipo con Groupon NON metteteli in commercio.
VERGOGNA!!!
BAD management. I bought a package of 3 massages with Groupon, after the first massage 5 months have passed and I have not yet found availability to do the remaining ones, inventing a thousand excuses.
ZERO professionalism, if you are unable to manage customers who pay you in advance with Groupon DO NOT market them.
SHAME!!!
