di solito sono veloci a fare le pratiche.
unica cosa che non ho ben compreso: gestione della carta identità elettronica.

Loro va fatta presso il comune di residenza, anche se sei domiciliato altrove, e devi farlo spedire solo presso la residenza ( dato che arriva dopo circa 6 giorni lavorativi).
ma sul sito dello stato risulta fattibile anche presso ufficio di domicilio e la spedizione può essere ad indirizzo diverso dalla residenza, come anche il ritiro può essere delegato.
invece presso il comune di domicilio mi dicono che posso far fare la carta cartacea se non riesco a fare quella elettronica, ma se la cartacea la stanno eliminando, non capisco la cosa.
Quindi c'è un po di confusione
