La piega, con solo spazzola e phon (su mia richiesta ),è durata tre giorni cosa che accade raramente visto che ho i capelli ricci ribelli. Ha un'ottima mano ed è anche veloce. Mi ha consigliato bene sul colore e lo ha distribuito bene senza lasciarmi macchie sulla pelle. Shampoo e massaggio cute super rilassati su una poltrona allungabile per distendere le gambe. Ha offerto anche un caffè con un biscottino ed è stata discreta. Tengo a puntualizzare che ho prenotato tramite Groupon spendendo solo sui 25€ taglio colore e piega e sia al telefono che di persona non mi ha snobbato cosa che mi è capitata spesso che appena sentono Groupon cambiano il tono della voce e incominciano a dire che loro non ci guadagnano nulla con Groupon e che mettono in coda chi usa Groupon perché non sono clienti fissi e poi lavorano controvoglia e sbuffando. Valentina invece mi ha trattato benissimo dall'inizio alla fine. Sicuramente ci tornerò anche senza offerta Groupon (valida una volta) perché è brava e veloce. I felt pampered. Non mi ci sono recata prima: recensisco la mia esperienza e ciò che comprendeva l'offerta (foto sotto) Pacchetto Deluxe, quindi shatush o colore in aggiunta al "base". L'accoglienza è stata molto frettolosa. Viene subito chiarito che con "colore" si intende IL CENTIMETRO DI RICRESCITA (non specificato assolutamente nel momento di acquisto del coupon, come si vede sotto); è stato proposto ovviamente il colore completo, con 20€ in aggiunta, saldati in contanti. Il mio appuntamento è proseguito accompagnato da molta fretta e molta agitazione, quasi al limite del fastidio. Non ritengo sia giusto proporre un pacchetto a un prezzo e non rispettarlo poi nel momento dell'utilizzo. Penso denoti scorrettezza e una mal celata furbizia. Il consiglio che mi sento di dare è che sarebbe bastato essere più onesti e chiarire precisamente cosa aspettarsi una volta acquistato il buono, per evitare spiacevoli sorprese.
