Staff cordialissimo, fresco e giovane, idea nobile e veramente interessante ma soprattutto servizio impeccabile con bici di qualità, come raramente si trovano in affitto. Grandi ragazzi, continuate cosi' e per chi noleggia in Umbria...diffidate dalle imitazioni.Noi abbiamo trovato quelli originali con base nella centralissima Spello! Well what to say: for someone like me who loves nature and the beautiful Umbrian villages, this combination could not have been the best holiday option, even with the family. Very cordial, fresh and young staff, noble and really interesting idea but above all impeccable service with quality bikes, as they are rarely found on rent. Great guys, keep it up 'and for those who rent in Umbria ... beware of imitations. We have found the original ones based in the central Spello!
S	Sveva Tori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati molto bene con le bici elettriche prese a Spello. Ci ha servito Donatella che è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Essendo Spello, e tutti quelli circostanti, paesini con molte salite la bici elettrica è stata davvero d'aiuto per non arrivare sfatti a fine giornata. Qualche volta mi è capitato di vedere che non "funzionava" la pedalata assistita, (forse avevo preso una buca) basta togliere la batteria e rimetterla spingendo bene e funziona benissimo e forse non capita con tutte le bici We found ourselves very well with the electric bikes taken in Spello. Donatella served us, she was very kind and very helpful. Being Spello, and all the surrounding ones, villages with many climbs, the electric bike was really helpful for not getting untidy at the end of the day. Sometimes I happened to see that the assisted pedaling didn't "work", (maybe I took a hole) just remove the battery and put it back pushing well and it works great and maybe it doesn't happen with all the bikes

Che dire una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti...grazie ad Andrea, il ragazzo che ci ha fornito le bici, per essere stato così disponibile ed efficiente....ed inoltre vi consiglio di andare a mangiare sempre a Spello l'Enoteca Propezio si mangia veramente bene piatti tipici umbri We rented two e-bikes to go to Assisi, we traveled the Via degli Ulivi a very beautiful road that starts from Spello, the amazing scenery, the super functional bikes without them we would not have made it. What about a wonderful experience that I recommend to everyone ... thanks to Andrea, the guy who provided us with the bikes, for being so helpful and efficient .... and I also recommend that you always go and eat in Spello l'Enoteca Propezio you eat very well typical Umbrian dishes

But should the power suddenly stop, you must know how to reset the battery so you can get going again. Next, if you should get a flat tire, as I did 8 km from Assisi in the hills, make sure you have basic Italian skills to ask the locals for the tire levers that you will need to change the tube. The rental company does not provide the information nor the tools.

Our guide was Piero and he guided us into the hills of Umbria near Spello for one of the best days I’ve ever had in travel. Piero was very attentive to safety, telling us about history and just making sure we enjoyed the day. I would do this again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend going with a guide, and Piero in particular. With a guide, you stay off the main roads and really get a taste of real Umbria. The bikes are fantastic. Yes, you have to pedal, but the bikes give a huge assist. It was a spectacular experience!
