A	Aldo Taggio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, ma nella suite. è stata un'esperienza fantastica, bellissima la stanza, pulizia eccellente, dipendenti molto cordiali.. e poi la jacuzzi in camera..... che spettacolo!!!!!! we stayed only for one night, but in the suite. it was a fantastic experience, beautiful room, excellent cleaning, very friendly employees .. and then the jacuzzi in the room ..... what a show !!!!!!

A questo punto ci siamo fatti rimborsare i soldi della prenotazione tramite un contratto scritto a mano alquanto strano. Lasciandoci così senza niente. Il trattamento che ci hanno riservato è stato poco cortese e non professionale, avendo prenotato 3 mesi prima e arrivati fino a Napoli non puoi avvisare un’ora e mezza prima. They canceled our reservation 1 hour before check-in, giving us a higher-level facility as an option, but it wasn't at all. At this point we had the refund of the booking money through a rather strange handwritten contract. Thus leaving us with nothing. The treatment they gave us was not courteous and unprofessional, having booked 3 months before and arriving in Naples you cannot notify an hour and a half earlier.

Sono rimasto stupito, innanzi tutto la comunicazione con lo staff della struttura è stata eccellente, sempre disponibili a tutto per eseguire ogni nostra richiesta. La camera che abbiamo trovato era veramente bella, ben curata dei dettagli con sanitari nuovi ed un bagno ben curato, siamo stati accolti con un cestino di benvenuto dal titolare che ha coccolato il nostro soggiorno, letto confortevole e frigo bar in camera.. Proprio come le più belle camere D'Hotel. Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione centrale e alla fermata metro adiacente alla stessa. A 15 minuti a piedi da via toledo e situata nel centralissimo corso Umberto. Che dire.. Se dovessi ritornare a napoli sicuramente soggiornò in questa struttuara. Super consigliato I stayed for a weekly holiday in Naples with my girlfriend at this establishment, what can I say .. I was amazed, first of all the communication with the staff of the structure was excellent, always available for everything to fulfill our every request. The room we found was really nice, well cared for with new bathroom fixtures and a well maintained bathroom, we were greeted with a welcome basket by the owner who pampered our living room, comfortable bed and mini bar in the room .. Just like the most beautiful D'Hotel rooms. Great location, close to the central station and the metro station adjacent to it. A 15 minute walk from via toledo and located in the central Corso Umberto. What can I say .. If I were to return to Naples, I would certainly stay in this establishment. Super recommended

Abbiamo preso il pacchetto "lui & lei", tutto come elencato sul sito, le porzioni del tagliere di frutta abbondanti e la frutta molto buona. La camera era perfetta, pulita e molto accogliente. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Ci ritorneremo volentieri! Exceptional stay, attentive and kind staff. We took the "his & hers" package, all as listed on the website, the portions of the platter of fruit plentiful and very good fruit. The room was perfect, clean and very welcoming. We had a really great time. We will gladly return!
G	Guso95 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones muy bien ,buena zona centrico y demas , la mala suerte que tuvimos es que estuvieran en obras el hotel , empezaban a las 7:30 , martillazos ,ruido de andamios camiando . The rooms are very good, good central area and others, the bad luck we had is that the hotel was under construction, they started at 7:30, hammering, noise of scaffolding walking.

A me è piaciuto anche molto il fatto che è tutto automatizzato senza bisogno di reception e con codice di apertura chiavi gestite da telefono. La persona con cui ho gestito il tutto è stato o super gentile e disponibile esperienza spa privata ne vale la pena soprattutto in questo periodo di covid dove in strutture in comune ci sono troppo limitazioni Great place. Strategic location clean room and very helpful service. I also really liked the fact that everything is automated without the need for a reception and with key opening codes managed by telephone. The person I managed it with was either super nice and helpful private spa experience worth it especially in this period of covid where there are too many limitations in shared facilities
