Amazing building , not far from station or airport , only gripe the outerdoor has a dodgy lock !! Needs sorting out as not being able to get in is a scary experience as a visitor !!

We really enjoyed staying over at Casa Caricciola. The staff overseeing the place were very helpful and friendly and the place was extremely clean. Don't go by the entrance of the location, the interior is of top most quality.The fixtures and the bed and everything about the room was over the top. I would really recommend anyone visiting Napoli to stay in this place.

Bright big room with extra bed, big bathroom with natural ventilation and cabin shower. Specific Italian breakfast in close location. Close to city center and train station, 10-15 min walk each. We recommend it and if any time again in Napoli we'll come back here!

We were attacked and thrown away !!! Caution! I have a terrible experience from this place. We ordered this place based on warm recommendations and ratings. So on the day of arrival from the morning, they corresponded with me and adjusted expectations for arrival (I traveled from Rome to Naples by car straight to the place). On the one hand they said they would pay me a fine of 15 euros, and on the other hand they told me that it was all right to take the time and that they were waiting patiently for me to arrive and that I had nothing to worry about. And we were in close communication, including broadcasting them in a location. The arrival was a terrible nightmare, I was well trained in navigation devices I was simply helpless when the gps could not find the place in view of the terrible overcrowding, the alleys that I myself do not believe I passed without scratching the car ... And then I arrived about 20 minutes after the time 6 hours in a row). Then she suddenly pulls me out with a nice and probably systematic approach that I have to pay 15 euros for a late check-in. Of course I did not agree and told her that it was their responsibility first to say that the arrival was a nightmare and that I should get up early, and the second thing was that she kept telling me not to hurry. Then she phoned her manager, who screamed at me on the phone that it was her house and that it was her law, and then I found myself a prisoner ... I could not cancel it because it was not canceled, and on the other hand she insisted on the payment. After 20 minutes there, she called the owner and told me he was coming, I went down to wait down by the car because it sounded scary (and that's my luck, otherwise I was in a safe hospital) ... The huge man, Physical touch accompanied by another motorcycle with 2 other young people began attacking me physically and spitting on me, all this next to the family expelled us like garbage from the place ... and then also canceled our booking through booking and did not refund us the funds !!! I was on the eve of an early flight in the nightmare of my life and there was no place to sleep and there was no more money to spend ... We stayed in the car until early morning. Oh, and I forgot to say he did not miss the opportunity to chase me with the motorcycle and spit on the windshield of the car. Very nice hotel/bed & breakfast which is near the central train station and a 15 minutes walk from the center. The rooms looked brand new and were cleaned every day. Our welcome was very friendly and we got a thorough explanation of all the sights we could visit in the area. Since there is no 24 hour manned reception desk you’ll have to pay an extra 15 euro fee when you arrive after 1900. They will call you to ask if you need help in finding the place, which was a bit challenging since the actual hotel with the same name is across the street. Park at the Garage Garibaldi to make sure that your car is still in one piece when you return, do make pictures of it.

I loved this place. The owner who greeted us stayed longer than advertised hours just to welcome us to the place, very sweet. The place was renovated and decorated very well. If you’re one for aesthetics, this is the place for you. The room itself felt spacious, and the bathroom felt like ones you would go to in a higher-starred hotel. Price was very good for the quality of service given as well. Owner was very accomodating with luggage and proving information regarding Naples. Would come here again :)
