★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da incubo,prenotato il B&B su booking con foto non veritiere,mattina dell'arrivo ci cambiano l'alloggio senza preavviso,l'host sentito solo per telefono,ci da indicazioni del nuovo alloggio con un messaggio,dopo una via crucis di 2 ore(il secondo alloggio lontanissimo dal primo)arrivati nella seconda destinazione,il sant'Anna, una stanza indecente,vecchia,con odore di muffa,una tripla con letto matrimoniale e una brandina da campeggio!impossibile pernottare!siamo andati via alla ricerca da una nuova sistemazione!!
 Nightmare experience, booked the B & B on booking with untrue photos, morning of arrival they change the accommodation without notice, the host only heard by phone, gives us directions to the new accommodation with a message, after a via crucis of 2 hours (the second accommodation very far from the first) arrived in the second destination, the Sant'Anna, an indecent, old room with a musty smell, a triple room with a double bed and a camping cot! impossible to stay overnight! we went away looking for a new accommodation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo arrivare il 10/07,ma il giorno prima ci contatta la struttura dicendo che l appartamento non era più disponibile per un overbooking..... prenotazione fatta da me però l 11 giugno,un mese prima,e mi offre apposto dell' appartamento delle camere........ dato che il problema è loro invece che offrirmi qualcosa di migliore,mi offrono un na soluzione più svantaggiosa,mai più con loro questo è poco ma sicuro
We were supposed to arrive on 10/07, but the day before the property contacted us saying that the apartment was no longer available for an overbooking ..... reservation made by me, however, on 11 June, a month before, and offers me the apartment of the rooms ........ since the problem is theirs instead of offering me something better, they offer me a more disadvantageous solution, never again with them this is little but sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement lumineux au 5ieme étage avec ascenseur, avec une très bonne literie.
Gros bémol sur l'insonorisation. Le simple vitrage ne filtre pas le bruit de la circulation de l'avenue, pouvant être très dérangeant pour ceux ayant le sommeil léger.
Bright apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, with very good bedding.
Big downside on soundproofing. The single glazing does not filter the noise of traffic on the avenue, which can be very disturbing for those who are light sleepers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRESELIJK!!!! We probeerden te boeken via booking.com met een creditcard. De creditcard bleek later niet geldig te zijn terwijl de eigenaar (MEERDERE MALEN) zei dat dit wel . Hierdoor werd de booking geannuleerd. We hadden hem gebeld en werden direct verwezen dat er niks meer gedaan kon worden. Niet opnieuw boeken, niet de booking terugkrijgen. Ik had hem hierover gebeld en tegen mij werd gezegd dat ie een ander telefoontje ging plegen en heeft mij 10 minuten genegeerd waarna hij ophing. Verschrikkelijke asociaal gezwicht. Niet doen!!!!
HORRIBLE!!!! We tried to book through booking.com with a credit card. The credit card later turned out not to be valid while the owner (MULTIPLE TIMES) said it was. As a result, the booking was cancelled. We called him and were immediately told that nothing more could be done. Do not book again, do not get the booking back. I called him about this and was told he was going to make another call and ignored me for 10 minutes after which he hung up. Terrible antisocial caveat. Do not!!!!

Slept here couple of nights and the experience was very nice. Clean apartments, clean showers, easy to get to from the train station or bus station. You possibly can get an amazing view of Napoli too.
It is really close to the oldest and most amazing pizzeria, Pizzeria da Michele!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is a fraud! I wish i had never been there, we had booked a house with capacity of 11, instead of that the house could host only 7! The host said "i cannot do anything, this is the house, i have to go!" So we were at 21.00 at a foreign place with small children, some of us slept to the floor!! The host disapeared, didnt care at all for us! Then we realized that the location of the appartment was not correct, it was not as closed to the center as we had seen in the map of booking. (the host transfered us there from the airport)
Other problems: floor broken, no blankets, no batteries at tv remote.. In general the worst experience ever.
