★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poiché il mio parrucchiere di fiducia é momentaneamente chiuso, ho provato questo salone e ci sono rimasta malissimo.. Ora vi spiego il perché:
Ho chiesto una permanente duratura per i miei capelli che di solito sono mossi e corti.
Ma sono stata trattata male purtroppo,
Il giorno dopo la permanente I capelli risultavano bruciati, secchi e sfibrati. La permanente non ha tenuto neanche una notte!
(in genere mi dura anche più di un mese)
E inoltre mi hanno rovinato i capelli!
Così ho provato a chiamarli per avere spiegazioni visto che non avevo speso poco ma ben 50€!
Ma l'unica risposta che sanno dirmi é: io ho lavorato, ora non possiamo farci nulla!
Insomma questo parrucchiere é stato oltre che truffaldino.. Visto che non ha saputo fare il suo lavoro...anche molto scortese. Ovviamente non lo richiamerò più.
Forse è bravo a fare le pieghe e i tagli.. Ma su cose più particolari come la permanente non é cosa!

(usually lasts even more than a month)
And they also ruined my hair!
So I tried to call them for explanations since I hadn't spent a little but a good 50 €!
But the only answer they can tell me is: I worked, now there is nothing we can do about it!
In short, this hairdresser was not only fraudulent .. Since he did not know how to do his job ... also very rude. Obviously I won't call him back.
Maybe he is good at making folds and cuts .. But on more particular things like permanent is not what!
