Stesso punteggio per le filiali umana di montebelluna e Treviso, addirittura con pc fuori uso e scarsa interazione telefonica Never contacted again never called unlike all other temporary agencies. Quindi mi viene da pensare che il problema sia a monte. Personale tutt'altro che preparato, buoni solo a far dei gran sorrisi ma quando è il momento di valutare anche gli interessi di noi dipendenti ti girano le spalle. Inoltre guai a esporre lamentele: in quel caso non verrete più contattati e messi in lista nera. Gli unici interessi della quale si curano sono quelli dei loro clienti. Inoltre fanno domande estremamente inopportune e personali, risultando invadenti e poco professionali. Non troppo lontano ci sono agenzie ben più serie, volte a curarsi anche delle problematiche alle quali possono incorrere i propri "dipendenti". (questa è una recensione basata solo sulla mia personalissima esperienza) I have never felt so bad with an agency and unfortunately this is not the only branch of UMANA with which I have had a bad experience, but already the third. So it makes me think that the problem is upstream. Staff far from prepared, only good at making big smiles but when it's time to evaluate the interests of us employees they turn their backs on you. Also, woe to expose complaints: in that case you will no longer be contacted and blacklisted. The only interests they care about are those of their customers. They also ask extremely inappropriate and personal questions, which are intrusive and unprofessional. Not too far away there are much more serious agencies, aimed at taking care of the problems that their "employees" may encounter. (this is a review based only on my very personal experience)
