Lo staff di Ultramotor ed in particolare il sig. Gaetano sono stati preziosissimi e ci hanno seguito in tutto in modo davvero celere con professionalità e massima disponibilità. Grazie ancora 5 stars well deserved. My family and I had a real mishap (gear breakdown) 1000km from home while on vacation. The Ultramotor staff and in particular Mr. Gaetano were very precious and they followed us in everything very quickly with professionalism and maximum availability. Thanks again

È stato necessario lasciare la macchina in officina 1 mese a Luglio e 1 mese a Settembre per cercare di risolvere il problema allo sterzo che aveva. Ad ogni modo hanno finalmente risolto la situazione cambiando scatola dello sterzo e in più hanno anche rilevato un problema al turbocompressore e sostituito anche quello. Il tutto a loro spese! Sebbene ci sia voluto un po' di tempo, ora l'auto è come nuova. Raccomando a occhi chiusi, peccano leggermente in organizzazione (a parer mio), ma cercano davvero di supportare i clienti in ogni modo possibile! Anyway they finally solved the situation by changing the steering box and in addition they also detected a problem with the turbocharger and replaced that too. All at their expense! Although it took some time, the car is now as good as new. I recommend with eyes closed, they sin slightly in organization (in my opinion), but they really try to support customers in any way possible!

Disponibili in tempi celeri a farti fare test drive dell'auto che hai potenzialmente interesse a comprare. Si premia la semplicità e la vicinanza alle esigenze del cliente piuttosto che la "Fumosità" di certi approccio falsi e costruiti di altre concessionarie della stessa casa madre Bmw distribuiti in altre aree del territorio Puglia Basilicata.
