★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto questa struttura tramite coupon. Nonostante le prime impressioni molto rassicuranti, appena arrivati ci viene chiesto di pagare una quota extra obbligatoria per un kit di ciabatte,accappatoio e asciugamani sanificati non prevista nel costo di partenza. Il kit una volta entrati nella spa ci viene dato incompleto senza ciabatte e siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare le nostre.
Il percorso dopo aver indossato gli accappatoi è proceduto bene fino alla sauna; la vasca idromassaggio dove ci hanno portato dopo era invece vicina alla piscina in una zona poco confortevole per un momento di privacy oltre ad essere del tutto inadeguata per una spa (l'impressione è che fosse una piscina per bambini). Nemmeno la zona relax è stata all'altezza, con poltrone in plastica e ambiente freddo perché non climatizzato; oltre a non esserci stata servita una tisana gradevole. Una annotazione sul personale che si è dimostrato poco cortese nell'invitarci a lasciare la sauna e recarci negli spogliatoi.
I chose this property through coupon. Despite very reassuring first impressions, as soon as we arrive we are asked to pay an obligatory extra fee for a kit of slippers, bathrobe and sanitized towels not included in the departure cost. Once we enter the spa, the kit is given to us incomplete without slippers and we were forced to use our own.
The path after wearing the bathrobes proceeded well up to the sauna; the hot tub where they took us next was instead close to the pool in an uncomfortable area for a moment of privacy as well as being completely inadequate for a spa (the impression is that it was a children's pool). Not even the relaxation area was up to par, with plastic armchairs and a cold environment because it was not air-conditioned; in addition to not having been served a pleasant herbal tea. A note about the staff who were not very courteous in inviting us to leave the sauna and go to the changing rooms.

aggiornamento novembre 2019: per un occasione famigliare ci siamo regalati il percorso benessere. Siamo stati accolti e seguiti da Annalisa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La piscina idromassaggio è enorme , la zona sauna/bagno turco è curata e molto confortevole. Annalisa ci ha coccolato ed ' stata sempre professionale. Ci torneremo!
Very nice place with a wide choice of activities to do. Courteous and professional staff. a little expensive.
November 2019 update: For a family occasion we have given away the wellness program. We were greeted and followed by Anna and had a great time. The hot pool is huge, the sauna / turkish bath is taken care of and very comfortable. Annalisa pampered us and was always professional. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella struttura . Personale qualificato . Siamo stati una settimana fa . Eravamo 4 coppie e il percorso benessere e stato bello ma non eccezionale. Devono organizzarsi meglio. La cosa brutta è stata visto che alle 13 chiudono che mentre facevamo le docce negli spogliatoi le luci hanno un timer che a un orario prestabilito si spengono in automatico. Abbiamo finito di prepararci con il flash dei cellulari perché se no eravamo tutti al buio
Beautiful facility. Qualified personnel . We stayed a week ago. We were 4 couples and the wellness program was beautiful but not exceptional. They need to organize themselves better. The bad thing was that at 1pm they close that while we were taking showers in the changing rooms, the lights have a timer that switches off automatically at a preset time. We finished getting ready with the cell phone flash because otherwise we were all in the dark

Questa volta ho usufruito anche del massaggio e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. Le ragazze Annalisa e Giulia sono state davvero carinissime, professionali, gentili e alla mano. Davvero un servizio impeccabile. Lo consiglio a tutti!
Second time in this structure for path spa and for the second time I am fully satisfied with the service. This time I also used the massage and I must say that everything was perfect. The girls Annalisa and Giulia were really cute, professional, kind and easygoing. Really impeccable service. I recommend it to everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto curato e pulitissimo. La piscina è di 25m ma non è larga come un'olimpionica vasca corta. Forse un po' troppo esasperato il sistema automatico di docce, armadietti e phon con la tessera. Personale squisito, gentili e professionali. Prezzi alti
Very nice and very clean. The swimming pool is 25m long but it is not as large as an Olympic size short pool. Perhaps the automatic system of showers, lockers and hairdryer with the card is a little too exasperated. Exquisite, kind and professional staff. High prices

La spa è molto piccola in quanto è all’interno di una palestra, ottima per chi usufruisce della palestra dopo l’allenamento ma non di certo da intendersi come una vera spa
I state that they gave us the entrance to the spa of friends so I had not informed about the structure. Beautiful curated and new and very polite and prepared staff. The spa is very small as it is inside a gym, great for those who use the gym after training but certainly not to be considered a real spa
