★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biagio e il suo team? un gruppo di giovani veramente stratosferici, iperattivi, seri e molto professionali! Le bici? Le migliori, per intenditori! Il caffè? Meglio che al bar! Si perché ieri, mentre i tecnici controllavano la mia Lombardo Torino, Biagio mi ha offerto un caffè veramente all'altezza! Nulla é lasciato al caso, nemmeno il caffè! Sembrano usciti tutti dalla scuola "Olivettiana"! Ah! I tecnici, gentilissimi e meticolosi! In quel negozio si respira veramente aria di genuinità!
 Biagio and his team? a group of truly stratospheric, hyperactive, serious and very professional young people! The bikes? The best, for connoisseurs! The coffee? Better than at the bar! Yes, because yesterday, while the technicians checked my Lombardo Turin, Biagio offered me a really good coffee! Nothing is left to chance, not even coffee! They all seem to have left the "Olivettiana" school! Ah! The technicians, very kind and meticulous! In that shop you can really breathe an air of authenticity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da almeno 6 anni, ho seguito tutto il loro percorso in rapida crescita. Si meritano i traguardi raggiunti per professionalità, lealtà e disponibilità. Ci sarebbe un solo problema, quest'anno non faccio in tempo a recarmi presso il loro negozio ed officina in Via E. de Martino, 9 a Matera che degli ultimi arrivi promessi è già finito tutto! Ma io non demordo, voglio, assolutissimamente voglio la mia Lombardo e.bike e l'avrò!
I have been a customer for at least 6 years, I have followed their entire rapidly growing path. They deserve the goals achieved for professionalism, loyalty and availability. There would be only one problem, this year I do not have time to go to their shop and workshop in Via E. de Martino, 9 in Matera that the latest promised arrivals are already over! But I don't give up, I want, absolutely I want my Lombardo e.bike and I will have it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voyageurs à vélo, nous voulions laisser tout notre équipement dans un endroit sûr le temps de visiter la ville. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu leur laisser nos vélos chargés sans frais toute une journée. Personnel très sympathique, qui nous accueille avec le sourire malgré notre italien bancal. Ils sont aussi très réactifs par email. Je recommande !
Cycling travelers, we wanted to leave all our gear in a safe place while we were exploring the city. We were made to feel very welcome and were able to leave our loaded bikes free of charge for them all day. Very friendly staff, who greeted us with a smile despite our wobbly Italian. They are also very responsive by email. I recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passati più di tre anni, stavo partecipando alla randonné 999 miglia e a seguito di un guasto meccanico della mia bici (rottura deragliatore) mi recai fuori orario di lavoro presso il negozio, ovviamente chiuso ma c'era ad aspettarmi è titolare. Con professionalità e cortesia mi sostituì il deragliatore smontandolo da una bici in vetrina, permettendomi di proseguire la mia avventura. Un gesto che ancora oggi apprezzo e ricordo. Grazie per l'assistenza e per avermi atteso....
More than three years have passed, I was participating in the 999 miles randonné and following a mechanical failure of my bike (derailleur breakage) I went out of working hours to the shop, obviously closed but the owner was waiting for me. With professionalism and courtesy, he replaced the derailleur by removing it from a bike in the window, allowing me to continue my adventure. A gesture that I still appreciate and remember today. Thank you for your assistance and for waiting for me ....

Nemmeno 24 ore dopo ruota con raggi sistemati. Questa la chiamo precisione tedesca super organizzata!!!!! Grazie avermi salvato le mie uscite quotidiane in vacanza al sud. TOP DI GANMA RAGAZZI ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super professionele fietsenmaker met een groot assortiment aan reserveonderdelen. Wij hadden een probleem met de trappers en werden meteen geholpen. Het was geen probleem dat de rem werd nagekeken en de standaard werd vastgezet. We waren wel wat geld kwijt, maar uiterst tevreden met de resultaat.
Super professional bicycle repair shop with a wide range of spare parts. We had a problem with the pedals and were helped immediately. It was no problem having the brake checked and the stand secured. We did lose some money, but we are very happy with the result.
