★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto orribile non ci tornerò mai più. Capisco che lavorare con il pubblico non è sempre facile ma la maleducazione e parole sconvenienti no grazie....peccato perché per 4 anni ci hanno assistito bene in modo gentile ed educato. Ovviamente non parlo di tutto il personale.
Horrible place I will never go back. I understand that working with the public is not always easy but rudeness and improper words no thanks .... shame because for 4 years they have assisted us well in a polite and polite way. Obviously I am not talking about all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna andare per forza li fisicamente, perché al telefono non rispondono mai oppure lo staccano proprio, e se uno ha solo bisogno di chiedere un informazione riguardo la sua pratica deve perforza farsi 3 ore di coda, anche con problemi di salute.
You have to go there physically, because on the phone they never answer or they just unplug it, and if you just need to ask for information about your practice, you have to queue for 3 hours, even with health problems.

My wife yesterday had to attend to a file .. already on the phone the lady was kind and gave us all the explanations. Then in person Mrs. Gelsomina was very good and very kind as well as very prepared.
