★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso la Mercedes due settimane fa per chiedere un preventivo per cambiare cinghia di distribuzione alla smart, con zero cortesia mi è stato detto avrei ricevuto risposta nel pomeriggio via mail. Dopo tre giorni ho chiamato non avendo avuto risposta e spiegando che era urgente, mi è stato detto che erano pieni di lavoro (nella settimana di ferragosto!) e che avrebbero sollecitato. Ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta.
I went to the Mercedes two weeks ago to ask for a quote to change the timing belt to the smart, with zero courtesy I was told I would receive an answer in the afternoon via email. After three days I called having not received an answer and explaining that it was urgent, I was told that they were full of work (in the week of August!) And that they would have urged. To date still no answer.
