Personale incompetente e inadeguato per non dire altro. Fate immediatamente qualcosa. Ambiente chiuso senza areazione ed aria irrespirabile. Una cittadina con piu di 40000 abitanti non puo tenenre un sono sportello A nightmare, Saturday 22 February 2020, one counter, broken ticket code, 40 people queuing, after two hours x an identity card with 10 people still ahead. Incompetent and inadequate staff to say the least. Do something immediately. Closed environment without ventilation and unbreathable air. A town with more than 40,000 inhabitants cannot keep a bank

La componente del governo della città deve provvedere ad assumere personale per soddisfare le esigenze della popolazioni in tempi più brevi. Mi hanno chiamato gentilissimi per spiegarmi che essendo una pratica nuova avrei probabilmente avuto necessita' di un appuntamento (poi non e' successo perche' sono riuscita a farlo online via SPID). Ho vissuto in Inghilterra e Germania e non ho mai visto un servizio di tale eccellenza! Grazie!!! Fantastic service! I couldn't get my residency certificate (via SPID) and I wrote directly to their PEC. They called me very kind to explain that being a new practice I would probably need an appointment (then it didn't happen because I managed to do it online via SPID). I have lived in England and Germany and have never seen such excellent service! Thank you!!!
