La carta nel giro di un ora, adesso arriva a casa dopo una settimana per raccomandata. Per cui io debbo aspettare il postino quasi per forza...e se uno lavora? In più bisogna portarsi la foto perché non la fanno più in loco!! Bel progresso!! Surely worsened the service. I couldn't give my minor daughter an identity card because when I made an appointment they didn't tell me that I had to download and fill in the authorization form of the father who was not present and so I lost one afternoon because of them.

Fast and very kind. Access is by appointment only. If you need it in front of the office you will find a machine for passport photos.
