Today 28.04. I happened to ask for information to have the doctor as a super bad and rude person. For 20 years that I have been in Italy such a thing has never happened to me. It was at counter 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli. Il telefono squilla a vuoto e dopo una 15ina di chiamate lo staccano e risulta occupato. Complimenti ai dipendenti che ci “lavorano”!!!
Ridiculous. The phone rings empty and after about 15 calls they unplug it and it is busy. Congratulations to the employees who "work" there !!!
