D	Davide Franciosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho avuto una brutta esperienza con la motorizzazione di Torino, ed ho provato a fare delle ricerche anche sulle motorizzazioni di altre città; a giudicare dalle recensioni, hanno tutti gli stessi problemi: 1) le motorizzazioni non rispondono al telefono. 2) non consentono fisicamente l'ingresso agli uffici competenti per chiedere semplici informazioni (anche con l'utilizzo di guardie armate). 3) le indicazioni fornite sono spesso fornite alla carlona ("verba volant"), fuorvianti e sbagliate... A	Angela Curia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei da dove iniziare l’unica cosa che posso dire che sono andato per 3 volte alla motorizzazione di Livorno per una semplice conversione di patenti senza ottenere niente anzi per loro i documenti non andavano bene.MI son fatto restituire i documenti e così come erano sono andato alla motorizzazione di Pisa dove magicamente mi hanno chiuso la pratica in 10 minuti. In poche parole a Livorno 2 mesi senza niente a Pisa 10 minuti con conversione. I do not know where to start the only thing I can say that I went 3 times to the Livorno motorization for a simple license conversion without obtaining anything, on the contrary the documents were not good for them. Per poter parlare con qualche impiegato, tocca mandare una email e prendere appuntamento anche solo per una semplice informazione!!! Cos'hanno paura di prendere il covid attraverso il telefono???? VERGOGNA!!! It's a shame! They NEVER answer the phone !!! A public office like the DMV MUST answer the phone !! To be able to talk to some employee, you have to send an email and make an appointment even just for a simple information !!! What are they afraid of taking the covid through the phone ???? SHAME!!!
I	Ilaria R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'ufficio motorizzazione per richiedere informazioni nel convertire una patente Britannica. Per fortuna che sono Italiana! Mi hanno risposto alla mail soltanto con un allegato (e fin qui tutto ok). Circa 10 giorni piu' tardi li ricontatto rispondendo alla stessa mail avvisandoli di aver recuperato la documentazione richiesta. Mi rispondono con una data e orario, dando per scontato che mi vada bene poi...il che presuppone una mattina di permesso a lavoro e senza neanche aver sicurezza che la richiesta mi venga accettata poi. Non hanno neanche risposto alle mie domande o detto dove recarmi precisamente. Ma se uno fosse straniero e non parlasse bene l'Italiano? Che vergogna di servizio!! Anche peggio delle Poste Italiane! I contacted the motor vehicle office to inquire about converting a British driving license. Luckily I'm Italian! They only replied to the email with an attachment (and so far everything is ok). About 10 days later I will contact them again by replying to the same email and informing them that I have recovered the required documentation. They answer me with a date and time, assuming that I'll be fine then ... which presupposes a morning off to work and without even being sure that the request will be accepted later. They didn't even answer my questions or tell me exactly where to go. But what if someone is a foreigner and does not speak Italian well? What a disgrace to service !! Even worse than the Italian Post Office!
