Solo un paio di impiegati lavorano con criterio e dedizione; gli altri sono molto sgarbati e non rispettano neanche gli orari : per gli esami di teoria anche pause di oltre 40 minuti. Non è possibile neanche farglielo notare perché sono dèi scesi in terra a quanto pare . Un plauso alle guardie che lavorano veramente
 Rather poor general service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inqualificato ed incompetente. Maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità sono all'ordine del giorno. Per fare una reimmatricolazione di un mezzo storico sono dovuto recarmi li 7 volte (abito a 40 minuti da li) per cose veramente assurde. Ho pagato una targa ed un libretto che non mi sono stati consegnati e che ho dovuto pagare nuovamente al PRA, che è diventato l'ente preposto alla consegna. Non conoscono leggi basilari, non sono aggiornati, la documentazione e l'archiviazione è arcaica e,come nel mio caso, si rischia di perdere. Unica nota positiva sono le guardie all'ingresso molto cordiali ed educate.
Unqualified and incompetent staff. Rudeness and lack of professionalism are the order of the day. To re-register a historic vehicle I had to go there 7 times (I live 40 minutes from there) for truly absurd things. I paid for a plate and a booklet which were not delivered to me and which I had to pay again to the PRA, which became the body responsible for delivery. They do not know basic laws, they are not up to date, the documentation and archiving is archaic and, as in my case, you risk losing. The only positive note are the very friendly and polite guards at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente! Orzanizazione pari a ZERO! Avevo l'appuntamento alle 8:30 fino alle 11:00 in fila ad aspettare... ma dove esiste?? NON DATE L' APPUNTAMENTO. In sostanza tutti avevano l'appuntamento alle 8:30. Ho dovuto safinificare la macchina e il carrello barca per revisionare il carrello, posso capire la macchina ma non il carrello, sennò non mi faceva la revisione! La beffa è che ho dovuto fare tutto io... prova freni.. prova luci... IO!! Se pago pretendo anche un personale qualificato che faccia lui tale prove! Non NOI cittadini... VERGOGNA! Se non avete personale chiudete! Fate più bella figura! Alla fine il carrello non è stato neanche toccato dal personale! La prossima volta mi recherò in una agenzia ACI in provincia di Lucca per fissare la prenotazione con la MOTORIZZAZIONE di LUCCA! Dato che pago almeno fanno tutto loro e sono molto più PROFESSIONALI e soprattutto PUNTUALI.
I strongly advise against! Organization equal to ZERO! I had the appointment at 8:30 until 11:00 in line to wait ... but where does it exist? DO NOT GIVE AN APPOINTMENT. Basically everyone had an appointment at 8:30. I had to define the machine and the boat trolley to overhaul the trolley, I can understand the machine but not the trolley, otherwise it wouldn't do me the revision! The joke is that I had to do everything myself ... test brakes .. test lights ... ME !! If I pay, I also expect qualified personnel to carry out such tests! Not US citizens ... SHAME! If you don't have staff, close! Make a better impression! In the end, the trolley was not even touched by the staff! Next time I will go to an ACI agency in the province of Lucca to fix the reservation with the MOTORIZATION of LUCCA! Since I pay at least they do everything themselves and are much more PROFESSIONAL and above all PUNCTUAL.
