chiamo per un'info sulla procedura di richiesta passaporti. Mi danno un'informazione per me essenziale GRATUITAMENTE, mentre un'altra agenzia mi avrebbe fatto pagare 45€ a passaporto per niente, senza neanche fornirmi l'informazione che mi hanno dato loro e che mi ha tranquillizzato enormemente.

SUPER HONEST AND COMPETENT
I call for information on the passport application procedure. They give me essential information for me for FREE, while another agency would have charged me 45 € per passport for nothing, without even giving me the information they gave me and that has greatly reassured me.
