Bellissima struttura. Personale gentile e preparato. Diversi servizi a disposizione fra cui la consultazione dell'archivio storico e dei bollettini economici. Vista mozzafiato sull Arno.
Beautiful structure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Various services available including the consultation of the historical archive and the economic bulletins. Breathtaking view of the Arno.

Uno dei pochi uffici pubblici che si Γ¨ organizzato anche col covid. Accogliente nei nuovi spazi, disponibili con le mail. Si accede solo su appuntamento, quindi Γ¨ bene prepararsi prima. Il personale Γ¨ molto gentile.
One of the few public offices that has also organized itself with the covid. Welcoming in the new spaces, available with e-mails. Access is by appointment only, so it's good to prepare in advance. The staff is very nice.

Premetto che non sono bravo con la tecnologia e Compiuter e quindi ero andato di persona alla camera di commercio. L β€˜unica nota positiva Γ¨ la signorina a l’entrata che Γ¨ stata gentile per il resto ti trovi davanti ad un mondo impersonale in cui nessuno sa nulla di preciso . Ti obbligano ad adoperare la tecnologia e sperare che i documenti che invierai arrivino in un tempo ragionevole
I state that I am not good with technology and Compiuter and therefore I had personally gone to the chamber of commerce. The only positive note is the young lady at the entrance who was kind for the rest you are faced with an impersonal world in which no one knows anything specific. They force you to use technology and hope that the documents you send will arrive in a reasonable time

The reason I apply to the Chamber of Commerce of Florence is a complaint about the treatment which my wife and me had to go through in the Hotel Bretagna from 1st of July to 3rd of July 2018. When booking we asked for a parking as we came by car, and the hotel told us, no problem, we have a garage near by. Returning the car on 3rd of July, we realized a fresh damage at the rims of the right front wheel (more) and the rear wheel (less). Asking for there manager we were told that he is not in, but we should take Fotos of the damage and send them to the manager. It wouldn't be a problem as the hotel has an insurance for those incidences so we could fix it in Germany and send the bill to Hotel Bretagna. So we did and continued our travel through Tuscany. Some days later we got an email from "Martina L., Hotel Manager", telling us they had examines the photos. On their opinion the damage is an old one so they refused to compensate for the damage. We repeated our demand and reminded them to our agreement. Another email from "Martina L." (why didn't she sign with her complete name?) in connection with a photo of our car in the garage should prove that the damage existed before. For sure someone of the employees moved the car into the garage where it was all the time from our arrival till our departure. It's less the damage of a few hundred Euros we are angry for. What we complain is the way we were treated, especially being suspected trying to cheat the hotel's insurance. This is not acceptable. We love Florence and we surely will be back in that wonderful city - but never again in the Hotel Bretagna. Theo Regnier
