Ci vorrebbe tanto a scriverlo sulla home page in bella evidenza, magari con il link che ti collega direttamente? E' così difficile cambiare un messaggio registrato e dire che non rispondete al telefono e il sito dove collegarsi per l'appuntamento? Invece avete lasciato il messaggio che dice "premere 0 per parlare con un operatore" e poi non risponde nessuno. Non vorrei mettere nessuna stella perchè anche una sola mi sembra troppo. Tenete conto che i vostri stipendi sono pagati con le tasse di noi contribuenti e la vostra organizzazione mi sembra al limite della truffa.
