★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È veramente una cosa vergognosa. Non saprei se il personale è poco in base alle richieste oppure non hanno semplicemente voglia di lavorare. Chiami e non rispondono, mandi una mail e non rispondono, ti presenti in motorizzazione e non ti fanno entrare perché non hai l'appuntamento, da prendere per mail dove non rispondono. Uffici aperti 3 ore al giorno. Queste sono le nostre istituzioni. Non posso dare meno di una stella, altrimenti l'avrei fatto.
 It is truly a shameful thing. I don't know if the staff is low on demand or if they simply don't want to work. You call and they don't answer, you send an email and they don't answer, you show up at the motorization and they don't let you in because you don't have an appointment, to be taken by mail where they don't answer. Offices open 3 hours a day. These are our institutions. I can't give less than one star, otherwise I would have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'incapacità gestionale regna sovrana, invio richiesta prenotazione per ritiro patente fine mese aprile, appuntamento oggi 12 maggio ore 9,50 entro ore 10,15 e fin lì tutto bene. Allo sportello una signora mi dice che non sa se la patente è pronta e si mette a controllare al PC la guardo sbalordito domandandomi tra me e me ma l'appuntamento da me richiesto era per il ritiro della patente e se questa non è pronta perché mi avete dato l'appuntamento? La stessa signora mi dice allora che mi prolunga il provvisorio cartaceo, poi mi guarda e dice che non può perché scade tra 18 giorni ed io devo prendere un nuovo appuntamento, Incapaci. Persone senza vergogna e rispetto per gli altri, che se ne fregano altamente se uno perde la giornata lavorativa se spende tempo e denaro comunque Vergogna
The managerial inability reigns supreme, I send a booking request for license withdrawal at the end of April, appointment today May 12 at 9.50 am within 10.15 am and so far everything is fine. At the counter a lady tells me that she does not know if the license is ready and starts to check on the PC I look at her in amazement wondering to myself but the appointment I requested was for the withdrawal of the license and if this is not ready because I am did you make the appointment? The same lady then tells me that she extends the provisional paper for me, then looks at me and says she can't because it expires in 18 days and I have to make a new appointment, Incapaci. People without shame and respect for others, who do not care highly if one loses his working day if he spends time and money anyway. Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHE TRISTEZZA!!! 20 minuti di attesa e nessuna risposta. Ho rinunciato perchè ho provato moltissime volte senza mai aver avuto contatti con nessuno. Neanche per Email non ho avuto risposta. Mi vergogno di vivere in una città dove non funziona niente.
WHAT SADNESS !!! 20 minutes of waiting and no response. I gave up because I tried many times without ever having had contact with anyone. Not even by email I have not received an answer. I am ashamed of living in a city where nothing works.

Mi dispiace costatare che un ufficio al servizio del pubblico sia organizzato tanto male. Um esempio per tuti: gli appuntamenti per l'esame teorico patente B dati tutti allo stesso orario 8.30, quando sarebbero suddivisi in turni.
Because you can't give less.
I am sorry to see that an office serving the public is so badly organized. An example for everyone: the appointments for the theoretical driving license exam B all given at the same time 8.30, when they would be divided into shifts.

Embarassing. Bad service. They never reply, rude staff. Openings later than the indicated times. Not competent. One star is too much.
