Due ore allo sportello per attivare una semplice carta e nonostante tutti i documenti forniti il personale non era in grado di usare il PC. Zero cordialità e nonostante la mia pazienza hanno perfino messo in dubbio la validità della mia carta d'identità. Conclusione due ore perse invano e nell'attesa ho notato un incompetenza generale. Mi spiego perché era l'unica in zona senza fila. Sconsiglio nel modo più assoluto
Terrible experience, the only thing I am able to do is pay a bulletin and even in this case a success is not guaranteed. Two hours at the counter to activate a simple card and despite all the documents provided, the staff was unable to use the PC. Zero cordiality and despite my patience they even questioned the validity of my identity card. Conclusion Two hours lost in vain and while waiting I noticed a general incompetence. I'll explain why it was the only one in the area without a queue. I absolutely advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima . Come al solito .impiegati che con una scusa inesistente tipo non sapere dove si trovano le schede .non rimborsano un buono e invitano dopo aver fatto la solita fila a ritornare. Menomale che hanno trovato un ragazzo inesperto e dietro il diniego è andato via. Allora mi chiedo per ottenere le cose cosa bisogna fare .munirsi sempre della forza e fare la voce grossa?
Bad. As usual. Employees who with a non-existent excuse like not knowing where the cards are. They do not refund a voucher and invite after having done the usual queue to come back. Luckily they found an inexperienced boy and went away behind the denial. So I wonder to get things what you have to do. Always have strength and be loud?
