Senza farmi neppure tirar fuori i pacchi, la persona al banco mi dice che "i resi Amazon non funzionano" e approfondisce con un "non funziona quando spara il codice". Nessuna spiegazione ulteriore, nessun aiuto, nessun "torni domani", "torni fra tre giorni". è un problema momentaneo, del solo punto di Borgo, dell'UPS in generale? Who knows... Poca attenzione al cliente, poca cura, molta insofferenza. Peccato.
I show up at the indicated point asking to be able to make an Amazon return. Without even letting me take out the packages, the person at the counter tells me that "Amazon returns don't work" and elaborates with a "it doesn't work when the code is fired". No further explanation, no help, no "come back tomorrow", "come back in three days". is it a momentary problem, of the Borgo point only, of the UPS in general? Who knows ... Little attention to the customer, little care, a lot of intolerance. Sin.

Lentezza unica nel suo genere..
Ma questo è il male minore.
Devo ritirare un pacco che UPS mi ha lasciato da lui....vado ed è chiuso in orario di apertura...torno il Giorno dopo....mi dice che il pacco nn c'è e che è in sede da UPS... QUANDO NON HO RICEVUTO NESSUN MESSAGGIO NE MAIL AL RIGUARDO!
Oltretutto sul sito UPS il mio pacco risulta essere in giacenza da lui e non si è nemmeno degnato di fare un controllo!
Non ho veramente parole.... voleva chiudere per andare in ferie...
Non ci si comporta così....con la merce altrui..... Incompetenza , attenzione al cliente e pulizia....inesistenti.

But this is the lesser evil.
I have to pick up a package that UPS left me with him .... I go and it is closed during opening hours ... I come back the next day .... he tells me that the package is not there and that it is at UPS headquarters ... WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE OR MAIL ABOUT IT!
Moreover, on the UPS website, my package appears to be in storage by him and he has not even deigned to do a check!
I really have no words .... he wanted to close to go on vacation ...
We do not behave like this .... with the goods of others ..... Incompetence, attention to the customer and cleanliness .... nonexistent.
