Personally I can only say thank you with all my heart they made my dream possible ... to have a home ... quick in answering questions for real estate they then managed to find the perfect home thanks to their ability to listen and understand the customer wishes .... I tempi per fissare gli appuntamenti non sono affatto lunghi e l'agente immobiliare (nel mio caso Marco) ti segue personalmente dall'inizio alla fine della trattativa ed è sempre disponibile a domande e chiarimenti. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è l'onestà che ho riscontrato in questa agenzia; nonostante lo scopo sia quello di vendere, non mi sono mai sentita obbligata o "manipolata" in alcun modo. Semplicemente grazie. Mi avete letteralmente cambiato la vita!
Perfect experience! Reliable agency, competent and honest people. I personally find it to be one of the best agencies in my area. The times to fix the appointments are not long at all and the real estate agent (in my case Marco) follows you personally from the beginning to the end of the negotiation and is always available for questions and clarifications. The thing I liked the most is the honesty I found in this agency; although the purpose is to sell, I have never felt obligated or "manipulated" in any way. Simply thank you. You literally changed my life!

We used this agency for a sale. They were very kind and professional even beyond their "duty". We were accompanied at all stages with professionalism and competence. The price is in line with the other agencies in the area but the service was certainly more careful. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Carlo, l'agente che mi seguiva ha avuto la pazienza di farmi vedere varie soluzioni e si è sempre reso disponibile a capire i miei punti di vista, e sempre con molta cortesia mi ha aiutato a chiarirmi anche un po' le idee e alla fine ho trovato quel che cercavo.
Mi è stato d'aiuto per tutto il percorso, dalla contrattazione sul prezzo con i venditori fino alla firma del rogito, e anche dopo perché avevo bisogno di qualche chiarimento....
Spero che questa casa sia " la casa " della vita ma se mai dovessi tornare a cercare qualcos'altro per prima cosa andrei a parlare con lui.
Serietà e cortesia sono assicurati da un bel gruppo di giovani agenti e la professionalità è massima.

Carlo, the agent who followed me had the patience to show me various solutions and was always available to understand my points of view, and always with great courtesy he helped me to clarify my ideas a little and in the end I found what I was looking for.
He helped me all the way, from negotiating the price with the sellers to signing the deed, and even after because I needed some clarification ....
I hope this house is the "home" of life but if I ever go back to looking for something else I would go talk to him first.
