★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio "Castaldo Arredamenti" a tutti per i seguenti motivi: per l'accoglienza, la competenza, la professionalità, la cordialità, il rispetto, l' educazione, la simpatia......5 stelle sono poche.
Per alcuni questa sarà la solita recensione di una persona pilotata, di un amico o altro, invece no, sono una semplice cliente che grazie a Castaldo ha trovato tutto l arredamento che desiderava, ma anche, i consigli giusti e soprattutto un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Spesso si dicono tante falsità su Internet, ma vi assicuro che questa è una recensione vera, pulita, spontanea e sincera. Ma poi: "vedere per credere", io ho girato tanto ma tutto quello che cercavo l ho trovato da Castaldo. Approfitto per ringraziare ancora una volta, tutto lo staff per aver realizzato i nostri desideri.

Many falsehoods are often said on the Internet, but I assure you that this is a true, clean, spontaneous and sincere review. But then: "seeing is believing", I shot a lot but everything I was looking for I found from Castaldo. I take this opportunity to thank once again all the staff for making our wishes come true.

Fulminea, precisa, e seguita scrupolosamente dal Sig.Lucio. Consigliamo Castaldo design, per la qualità dei mobili, la correttezza, la precisione e la simpatia! Grazie Roberto e Lucio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti più volte in questo negozio, e ci hanno sempre accontentati. La prima volta per arredare casa mia. Nonostante siano passati 6 anni è ancora tutto intatto, abbiamo trovato ottima qualità e un personale sempre gentile e a disposizone. Giuseppe, il proprietario, ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze ed ha lavorato in maniera impeccabile. La cameretta per la bimba, arrivata qualche giorno fa è atupenda se ne sono innamorati in molti ?, sempre grazie al lavoro svolto dal proprietario. Grazie di tutto e di sicuro in futuro mi rivolgerò a loro❤️

The bedroom for the child, arrived a few days ago is atupenda if they fell in love in many ?, always thanks to the work done by the owner. Ho acquistato una cucina ed una parete attrezzata sei mesi fa. La cucina tardava ad arrivare e la prima volta avevano detto che il miscelatore era stato rubato. Finalmente arriva la cucina, mobile forno rotto. Chiamo e mi garantiscono che in 15 giorni il mobile venisse sostituito. 45 GIORNI per la sostituzione. Intano 10 giorni dopo vengono a fare rilievo di misure per il quarzo. Dopo 45 giorni montano sostituiscono il pezzo del forno rotto. Ma sbagliano a tagliare un pezzo e dicono che la colpa è dei montatori precedenti che hanno sbagliato a prendere le misure. Dopo richiamo e dicono che in realtà erano giuste ma che i montatori non la sapevano montare. Finalmente mi danno appuntamento per questo ultimo pezzo, ma non vengo mai chiamata nonostante i solleciti e minaccia di avvocato. Intano compro una parete attrezzata che secondo i montatori deve essere messa a muro per fare foto di prova, nel cercare di farla entrare me la graffiano tutta sul lato destro. Dopo 6 mesi montano il top di quarzo da parte di una ditta siciliana. Sigillano il top con il miscelatore (nello scatolo) dentro al cassetto, quindi mi attaccano tutto, ma sopratutto dicono che i pezzi li deve montare castaldo, mentre castaldo dice che li dovevano montare loro. Ancora attendo consegna dell'ULTIMO PEZZO. Esperienza pessima. Assurdo. Una barzelletta che ancora non finisce.
NEVER AGAIN'.
I bought a kitchen and an equipped wall six months ago. The kitchen was late in coming and the first time they said the mixer had been stolen. Finally the kitchen arrives, broken oven cabinet. I call and they guarantee that the furniture will be replaced in 15 days. 45 DAYS for replacement. Within 10 days they come to take measurements for the quartz. After 45 days they assemble and replace the broken oven piece. But they are wrong to cut a piece and say that the fault lies with the previous editors who made a mistake in taking the measurements. After recall and they say that in reality they were right but that the editors did not know how to mount it. Finally they give me an appointment for this last piece, but I am never called despite the solicitations and threats of a lawyer. Intano I buy an equipped wall that according to the editors must be placed on the wall to take test photos, while trying to get it in they scratch it all on the right side. After 6 months they mount the quartz top by a Sicilian company. They seal the top with the mixer (in the box) inside the drawer, then they attach everything to me, but above all they say that the pieces must be assembled by steward, while steward says that they had to assemble them. I still await delivery of the LAST PIECE. Bad experience. Absurd. A joke that still does not end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto già diversi acquisti e sicuramente mi affiderò a loro per l’arredamento della mia nuova abitazione. Personale competente, disponibile e riescono sempre a soddisfare ogni mio desiderio. Per qualunque problema basta chiamare e trovano una soluzione ad hoc. A differenza di quanto si possa pensare, si trovano prodotti di fascia medio-bassa e medio-alta quindi per tutte le tasche senza rinunciare alla qualità! Con loro sembra davvero possibile realizzare la casa dei propri sogni ottimizzando ogni spazio e arredandolo con grande stile.
Consigliatissimo?? è il MIGLIORE!

For any problem just call and find an ad hoc solution. Unlike what you might think, there are medium-low and medium-high end products, therefore for all budgets without sacrificing quality! Ci è stata consegnata cucina e soggiorno a 850 km di distanza e come da nostre aspettative il servizio è stato impeccabile. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque desideri arredarsi casa. Siamo stati seguiti da Giuseppe, ed è stato molto cortese e ha soddisfatto i nostri desideri.
Young and dynamic environment with multiple solutions to furnish your home with taste. Excellent quality and availability. The kitchen and living room were delivered to us 850 km away and, as expected, the service was impeccable. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to furnish their home. We were looked after by Giuseppe, and he was very courteous and fulfilled our wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di dieci anni dal giorno in cui ho acquistato i mobili per il mio matrimonio, ieri, contatto Castaldo arredamenti per chiedere se potevano smontarli e metterli in sicurezza. Dopo la meravigliosa esperienza vissuta all'epoca nutrivo viva speranza che potessero accontentarmi. Non mi aspettavo di certo che l'operatrice che mi ha risposto (Marianna) si ricordasse addirittura di me. In pochissimi minuti sono stata contattata dal Signor Lucio in persona che non solo ricordava perfettamente chi fossi ma per di più senza che io gli dicessi nulla mi ha elencato tutto quello che avevo acquistato. Sono rimasta per un secondo senza parole, ma lui con la pragmaticita' che lo contraddistingue tipica di chi è abituato da sempre a gestire sentimenti e sensazioni ha capito quanto ci tenessi a che fossero loro a smontare i miei amati mobili. E niente stamattina sono arrivati tre ragazzi professionali, educati e molto disponibili e in men che non si dica hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente. A distanza di anni si riconferma l'ottima scelta fatta e la professionalità coniugata alla grande umanità di tutto lo staff Castaldo siete impagabili.

After more than ten years from the day I bought the furniture for my wedding, yesterday, I contact Castaldo arredamenti to ask if they could take them apart and put them in safety. After the wonderful experience lived at the time, I had great hope that they could satisfy me. I certainly didn't expect the operator who answered me (Marianna) to even remember me. In a few minutes I was contacted by Mr. Lucio in person who not only remembered perfectly who I was but moreover, without me saying anything, he listed everything I had purchased. I was speechless for a second, but with the pragmatism that distinguishes him, typical of those who have always been used to managing feelings and sensations, he understood how much I cared for them to take apart my beloved furniture. And nothing this morning three professional, polite and very helpful guys arrived and in no time they did an excellent job. Years later, the excellent choice made and the professionalism combined with the great humanity of all the Castaldo staff are reconfirmed.
