Ho chiamato per avere un'informazione (al massimo 15 secondi di chiamata) per non dovermi recare per forza sul posto e mi è stato riagganciato in faccia il telefono in malo modo. La persona al telefono è apparsa al quanto scocciata, quasi come se non fosse stato un mio diritto chiamare e chiedere semplicemente una breve informazione. Senza dubbio sconsigliato! Too bad not being able to give zero stars! Staff very rude and not very helpful even in giving information on rates and shipping methods. I called to get some information (maximum 15 seconds of call) in order not to have to go to the place and the phone was hung up in my face in a bad way. The person on the phone appeared annoyed, almost as if it was not my right to call and simply ask for a brief information. Definitely not recommended!
