Suggerisco un aggiornamento in questo senso all'operatore dello sportello 2 in servizio il giorno 18 luglio, ore 10.00 circa. Great for waiting times but 2 stars are too many where education and professionalism are lacking. Sono arrivata 2 minuti in ritardo rispetto all’orario di chiusura e ho chiesto la cortesia di farmi entrare ma l’operatrice che stava tranquillamente fumando mi ha caldamente invitata a tornare il giorno dopo. Scortesia e maleducazione sono sicuramente la parola d’ordine di questo ufficio. Very bad. Ovviamente non ci sono molti sportelli, ma il personale conosce le persone che abitano vicino e questo crea una bella atmosfera in quel ufficio. In certi orari c'è piu gente e bisogna aspettare un pochino, ma in quale posta non lo si fa. Poca voglia di lavorare e tanta arroganza.. le persone alle sportello si sono create delle regole loro per svolgere meno mansioni. Se poi lo fai notare, prima cercano di attaccarti in gruppo come un branco di lupi ma se dimostri le tue ragioni diventano di colpo pecore solitarie... fate lavorare gente che a voglia che l’Italia ne ha bisogno! F	Federica Brunzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita a lasciare recensioni negative , pensavo fosse una giornata no , della signora che mi ha servito, (lavorando a contatto con il pubblico posso capire) invece leggo dai commenti che la maleducazione è di casa , sembra che le abbia fatto un favore ad andarmene , code chilometriche , lenti come pochi , se vedi 23 persone in fila , cosa fai non ti fermi a chiacchierare con le colleghe? Ne un saluto ne un buongiorno , sentirmi rispondere anche in maniera scocciata : “ Ma faccia come vuole “ . Quelle poche volte che sono costretta ad andare in posta non verrò mai più qui . Ho chiesto che me lo tenessero un paio di giorni in più, che sarei riuscita ad avere la mattina libera ma mi hanno risposto che è il computer che comanda, se dice che è da restituire non si può aspettare. Non utilizzerò più l’ufficio postale per la consegna pacchi.
