★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le consegne non vengono mai effettuate durante l' orario di apertura indicato sulla porta, costringendomi ad andare a ritirare di persona in sede ed è impossibile comunicare telefonicamente. Pessimo servizio.
Deliveries are never made during the opening hours indicated on the door, forcing me to go and collect them in person and it is impossible to communicate by phone. Bad service.

Ho richiesto di fare una spedizione con posta1, da 2.80€, dopo 10 minuti passati dietro il banco a cercare non so cosa, l'uomo allo sportello mi porta delle carte da firmare. Finisco di compilare, e mi viene a dire che gli devo 9.90€, dicendo che lui ha capito un altra cosa, ha già passato il pacco e io devo pagare. Senza contare la fila infinita che si è creata dietro di me perché l'altro sportello, nonostante ci fosse una persona dietro, non stava facendo servizio verso i clienti.
They don't even deserve a star for me. I requested to make a shipment with mail1, from € 2.80, after 10 minutes spent behind the counter looking for something I don't know, the man at the desk brings me some papers to sign. I finish filling out, and he tells me I owe him € 9.90, saying that he understood something else, he has already passed the package and I have to pay. Not to mention the endless queue that was created behind me because the other door, even though there was a person behind it, was not doing service to customers.

Worst post office I've ever been to. They try hard to make up problems for everything they go to do. Zero collaboration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi auguro che venga cambiato il prima possibile il POSTAMAT presente all'esterno di questo ufficio postale. Tale POSTAMAT risulta essere obsoleto e molto lento, quando lo si usa si ha quasi la sensazione che non ti venga più restituita la carta di credito inserita.
I hope that the POSTAMAT outside this post office will be changed as soon as possible. This POSTAMAT turns out to be obsolete and very slow, when you use it you almost have the feeling that the inserted credit card will no longer be returned to you.
