★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato inviato presso questa sede MBE il 12/05 un pacco urgente con consegna all'estero garantita il 13/05 entro le 18.00; pagati 37.00€ per un plico dal peso inferiore i 500g, oggi chiedo informazioni mi viene risposto di richiamare fra 5 minuti che verificano il tutto; tento di richiamare e il mio numero magicamente non risulta più come accreditato per parlare telefonicamente con questa sede, riesco a chiamare con un altro numero e mi viene risposto che risulta in consegna oggi dandomi numero di tracking, traduzione ARRANGIATI. Una sede MBE non dovrebbe permettersi certi atteggiamenti, e sopratutto nessuna scusa da parte loro per il ritardo; resto ancora in attesa del pacco
An urgent package was sent to this MBE office on 12/05 with guaranteed delivery abroad on 13/05 by 18.00; paid € 37.00 for an envelope weighing less than 500g, today I ask for information I am told to call back in 5 minutes to verify everything; I try to call back and my number magically no longer appears to be accredited to speak by phone with this office, I can call with another number and I am told that it is delivered today by giving me the tracking number, translation ARRANGIATI. An MBE office should not afford certain attitudes, and above all no apology on their part for the delay; I'm still waiting for the package
