Ho perso 20 minuti quando invece gli impiegati potevano benissimo dire che era già chiuso.
Ps: stessa cosa successa ad un signore in attesa da un'ora.
I take the ticket regularly at 6:55 pm, I wait 20 minutes and then hear that the mails are closing.
I lost 20 minutes when the employees could very well say that it was already closed.
Ps: same thing happened to a gentleman waiting for an hour.
