★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un personale completamente incompetente . Dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti per mandare via una raccomandata , con solo due persone davanti gia allo sportello , arrivato il mio turno mi dicono che devo compilare il modulo per la raccomandato e riprendere il numero e riniziare la fila .
A completely incompetent staff. After waiting 45 minutes to send a registered letter away, with only two people already in front of the counter, when it is my turn they tell me that I have to fill out the form for the registered letter and get back the number and start the line again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 novembre, temperatura esterna prossima allo zero. Circa 12 persone in fila, 5 dentro e 7/8 fuori. Dopo più di 45 minuti di attesa per pagare un bollettino dell'agenzia delle entrate mi sento dire in modo assolutamente indifferente che devo riprovare più tardi perché non c'è linea. È vergognoso! Il postamat è di una lentezza inverosimile e tutti borbottano, ma nessuno denuncia l'inadeguatezza di infrastrutture sempre in ritardo, sempre in affanno... per non parlare della mancanza di "compassione" di alcune dipendenti allo sportello. Fa venire il voltastomaco.
November 30, outside temperature close to zero. About 12 people in line, 5 inside and 7/8 outside. After more than 45 minutes of waiting to pay for a revenue agency bill, I am utterly indifferent to say that I have to try again later because there is no line. It is shameful! The postamat is incredibly slow and everyone mumbles, but no one denounces the inadequacy of infrastructure that is always late, always in trouble ... not to mention the lack of "compassion" of some employees at the counter. It makes you sick.
