★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo fare i complimenti alle poste di Bastia Umbra, dopo lavoro sono andato a ritirare un pacchetto, attivato lo scontrino per prendere il numero e in meno di un minuto mi chiamarono. È la seconda volta! Che dire del personale, gentili e cordiali.
I have to congratulate the Bastia Umbra post office, after work I went to collect a package, activated the receipt to take the number and in less than a minute they called me. It's the second time! What about the staff, kind and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento inumano e degradante. Ore di fila al freddo o sotto il sole. Il sistema di numerazione non è equo. Chi porta i pacchi deve aspettare che l'unica cassa a disposizione per le spedizioni sia libera quindi anche chi arriva dopo a fare altre cose passa prima.
Purtroppo anche per prendere i moduli per la richiesta del permesso di soggiorno tocca recarsi qui e fare la fila di 2 ore. Neanche le prenotazioni on line funzionano bene e tocca aspettare 15 minuti in più rispetto all'orario prenotato. Inconcepibile.

Unfortunately, even to take the forms for requesting a residence permit, you have to go here and queue for 2 hours. Online reservations don't work well either and you have to wait 15 minutes longer than the booked time. Inconceivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente di questo Ufficio Postale da oltre trent'anni. Tranne qualche piccolo disguido ha sempre tenuto fede al servizio promesso. Proprio oggi ho spedito un pacco gestito per Subito.it: tutto è filato liscio, il servizio automatico tramite lettura del codice QR sull'etichetta rilasciata da Subito.it è OTTIMO, nulla da scrivere tranne una firma ... et voilà il pacco è partito con Poste Delivery Business Express che, se consegnato entro le 12:00, giunge a destinazione il giorno successivo in qualunque parte d'Italia. Il pacco è servito!
