Ci passerete ore prima di avere una risposta e sicuramente sarà pure sbagliata. Personale spesso scortese, impreparato, inefficiente. Le impiegate sono molto interessate ai clienti maschili favorendoli con pratiche al limite del legale. Ci vorrebbe una indagine interna da parte di Poste spa. Purtroppo è l'unico ufficio postale in una vasta zona ma è veramente un incubo doversi rapportare con loro. Se potete evitatelo. Less than a star cannot be given otherwise I would not have given any. Per la quarta volta dopo più di unora di fila esterna senza possibilità di prendere il numero, il direttore alle 1306 esce dall'ufficio affermando che alle 1335 la porta sarebbe stata chiusa a prescindere dal fatto che i clienti in fila fossero stati serviti o meno. Tempi di attesa in coda per i 4gg da 45' a 01h20. Direttore si rifiuta di fornire ulteriori spiegazioni, serra la porta e caccia le persone presenti nell'ufficio con regolare numero preso prima delle 1335 Unable for 4 days to collect a registered letter, however notified with the recipient present at home but no attempt to intercom. In cui trovi persone stupende che con dedizione e impegno si fanno carico delle problematiche dell'utenza garantendo una efficienza al servizio con mezzi insufficienti e il personale ridotto all'osso per la logistica del profitto... Consiglio di aumentare l'orario fino alle 19:30 per consentire sia ai dipendenti che al cittadino di beneficiare di un servizio più moderno ed attuale diluito su l'intera giornata. Morale della favola mi ha fatto riprendere il numero e mettermi in fila facendomi fare tardi a lavoro. Dovrebbero rivedere l'organizzazione e in tal caso pensare a un diverso direttore.
