M	MASSIMO SEMERARO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo spedire un pacchetto Crono Reverse e mi hanno guardato come un marziano: il sistema, secondo loro, non mi riconosceva il codice perchè IO avevo sbagliato qualcosa! Il giorno dopo all'ufficio postale Roma Trullo filava tutto liscio in 3 minuti...quindi: svogliati, non informati, inadeguati. Mi hanno fatto perdere 30 minuti del mio tempo. Ogni volta che porto un pacco da spedire ce n'è sempre una nuova,non c'è assolutamente chiarezza e nonostante mi sono posta sempre in maniera educata hanno sempre risposto con maleducazione e superiorità. La signora che mi ha detto essere la direttrice, con aria scocciata e maleducata, si rifiiuta di farmi rientrare per motivi di sicurezza, pur avendomi visto prima dentro e fuori la porta le mostro il biglietto del numero. Signò, non ti affaticare troppo con il lavoro, mi raccomando, motivi di svogliatezza, no motvi di sicurezza. Purtroppo certi personaggi che dirigono un ufficio tendono a "rovinare" anche gli atteggiamenti dei dipendenti, anche se devo dire che altre volte non mi sono trovato male con loro, forse la direttrice è meglio se rimane nelle sue stanze invece di mettersi allo sportello a contatto con le persone. Qualcuno dovrebbe insegnargli ad usare il "Lei" con le persone che si presentano allo sportello. Ieri in particolare la " signora" dello sportello 1.......... sarebbe il caso che personale cosi' non lavorasse con il pubblico. E' un periodo difficile per tutti, ma I dipendenti postali hanno ben poco da lamentarsi! staff at the counter simply rude, only this is there to say. Scortesi, maleducati e soprattutto inadeguati al ruolo che ricoprono. Ancora non capisco, perché Poste italiane, non abbia ancora preso provvedimenti.
