★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalita', per usare un eufemismo. Pneumatico bucato da aggiustare: mi viene chiesto di lasciarlo e tornare il giorno dopo. Torno ma il MIO pneumatico è stato PERSO da loro. 10 mesi di storia infinita per poi dirmi che dovrò sostituirli entrambi a mie spese. Il titolare non si prende la responsabilità di quanto avvenuto nel suo negozio e mi fa spendere 140 euro per un suo errore. Vergogna.
Zero professionalism, to put it mildly. Flat tire to fix: I am asked to leave it and come back the next day. I come back but MY tire was LOST from them. 10 months of never ending story to then tell me that I will have to replace both at my expense. The owner does not take responsibility for what happened in his shop and makes me spend 140 euros for his mistake. Shame.
