β β β β β Abbiamo acquistato da Damiano una vettura che secondo lui aveva 2 chiavi (la seconda era nei cassetti ed era solo da ritrovare), non era mai stata sinistrata ma aveva solo un paraurti ripristinato e aveva qualcosina da sistemare (sarebbe stato tutto ripristinato prima della consegna). Abbiamo fissato l'appuntamento per il ritiro per evitare lunghe attese. Abbiamo atteso 3 ore Damiano per il ritiro, la seconda chiave non c'era, la vettura Γ¨ stata SINISTRATA e le sistemazioni partite non effettuate. Poco affidabile, poco preciso e incurante delle richieste dei clienti.
We bought a car from Damiano that according to him had 2 keys (the second was in the drawers and was only to be found), it had never been damaged but only had a restored bumper and had a little something to fix (everything would have been restored before delivery) . We have set an appointment for the retreat to avoid long waits. We waited 3 hours for Damiano to collect it, the second key was not there, the car was LEFT and the arrangements were not made. Not very reliable, not very precise and careless of customer requests.

β β β β β C'Γ¨ stato un errore dell'agenzia ACI ma il rivenditore si Γ¨ adoperato per risolvere l'inconveniente. Poi ho riscontrato un problema non grave all'auto e il rivenditore ha prestato la sua garanzia e mi ha pagato la riparazione (dato che abito molto lontano) tenendo quindi fede alla sua parola, dato che mi era impossibile ritornare a Roma. Per questo non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto e quindi consiglio di acquistare da MD Auto.
There was an error by the ACI agency but the retailer worked to resolve the problem. Then I found a minor problem with the car and the dealer gave his guarantee and paid me for the repair (since I live very far) therefore keeping his word, since it was impossible for me to go back to Rome. For this reason I can only be satisfied and therefore I recommend buying from MD Auto.
