Piuttosto caro, modello ministero dove bisogna avere pazienza e "attendere" la disponibilità dei commessi, ma soprattutto bisogna seguire un percorso burocratico fatto di tornelli e soste ai box per controllare prima di pagare. Very well stocked but complicated shop ... Vale la pena di visitarlo. Il parcheggio però e' un po' piccolo. Mi rivolgo al commesso del reparto il quale afferma e consiglia di prendere un tipo di cavo pre assemblato, non per tv antenna ma per impianto satellite. Nel dubbio, acquisto anche due connettori maschio / femmina e un cavo per poterlo assemblare da solo. Faccio presente da subito che quello che mi ha consigliato lui sicuramente non avrebbe funzionato, mentre lui affermava con certezza di sì, sottolineando anche che c'era comunque la possibilità di renderlo qualora non fosse andato bene. Apro da un lato senza rovinare l'etichetta, il codice a barre e la confezione in generale. Provo il cavo e, come volevasi dimostrare, non funziona. Torno al punto vendita con relativo scontrino e imballaggio con dentro il cavo. A questo punto cerco di rendere il prodotto, ma la proprietaria, asserisce che avendo aperto la confezione, tale prodotto non poteva essere rimesso in vendita né reso. Spiego che il commesso mi aveva assicurato in primis che andava bene, in secundis che avrei tranquillamente potuto renderlo. La signora, dall'alto della sua saccenza, con la scusa di aver aperto la confezione, afferma che quanto detto dal collega era inesatto e che il pezzo non era più vendibile. A questo punto, per i costosissimi 4,90 euro di cavo, decido di lasciarlo lì e di invitarli ad accomodarsi a quel paese... Mettendoci una croce sopra. Tenetevi il cavo e tutto il resto finché non saprete come si trattano le persone. I state that if I could give 0 stars, I would do it !!! On November 11th I need a wire for the TV antenna. I go back to the point of sale with the relative receipt and packaging with the cable inside. At this point I try to return the product, but the owner asserts that having opened the package, this product could not be relisted or returned. I explain that the clerk assured me first of all that it was fine, secondly that I could easily return it. The lady, from the height of her saccenza, with the excuse of having opened the package, states that what the colleague said was incorrect and that the piece was no longer salable. At this point, for the very expensive 4.90 euros of cable, I decide to leave it there and invite them to sit in that country ... Putting a cross on it. Hold on to the lead and all until you know how to treat people.
